Urbix Inc. confirms the immediate appointments of Andrew Goshe as Chief Executive Officer and Adam Fisher as Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Nico Cuevas and Eduardo Gonzales respectively, as part of a targeted organizational restructuring.

Nico Cuevas will remain with the Company as Vice Chairman of the Board, continuing to provide strategic guidance by leveraging his expertise in processing and anode technology.

Andrew Goshe brings over 15 years of experience in materials science and advanced manufacturing, with a proven track record in innovative product development to support the Company’s next phase of growth.
